Ordered a tent on 1 July with a delver date of 7 July. Didn't arrive.
Called customer service and was told that July 7 was the ship date. I disagreed and was placed on hold for 15 minutes before the call was dropped. Called back later and was told that July 8 was the delivery date. Called back on July 8 and was told July 10th was the delivery date because of a problem at the warehouse.
When I told them those dates wouldn't work because of a long arranged back packing trip I was told "Sorry, nothing we can do" I guess that's what they mean by 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Ended a 20 + year customer relationship
